Will is committed to providing clients with unwavering service, excellent market insights, and succinct solutions to complex challenges. Will grew up in a real estate family and provides clients with a unique perspective—that of a broker, asset manager, and owner combined. Will began his career at Colliers International, specializing in third-party leasing for institutional office landlords. He then moved to New South Properties, where he specialized in “all things retail” landlord/tenant representation, land sales/acquisition, development, and investment sales.
PARTNER
As cofounding partner Rianne brings over 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Rianne Bell is a seasoned professional specializing in Property Management, Retail Leasing and Tenant representation. As a certified Property Manager, member if the institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Center, Rianne excels in new construction lease-ups, retail center renovations and strategic marketing for asset value growth. Rianne’s diverse client portfolio includes REITs, Pension Funds, developers, and private investment groups.
BROKER
With decades of experience ranging from working for Harris Teeter to owning a commercial firm specializing in tenant representation, Debbie brings unparalleled expertise in commercial real estate. Serving as a Chairperson on the Board for the City of Charlotte Zoning Adjustments to president of the Retail Broker Network and Advisory Committee Debbie provide clients guidance obtaining goals and results for hundreds of locations. She is licensed in North and South Carolina and an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
BROKER
Mark possesses extensive knowledge of real estate and financial markets and utilizes his expertise to assist MetCap Commercial’s retail, development, and investment clients. Collaborating closely with the team, he provides comprehensive solutions tailored to the North and South Carolina markets. Prior to joining MetCap Commercial, Mark spent four years at Balentine as a registered investment advisor, and in his time there helped grow the company's managed assets from $300 million to well over $1 billion.
BROKER
Lucas kicked-off his career as a broker in the health and life insurance sector primarily focusing on employee benefits at Gage Benefit Advisors in Charlotte, NC. There he strengthened his networking and creative problem-solving abilities but most importantly learned the value of cultivating and maintaining purposeful client relationships. Following his time at Gage, Lucas began working at Barnhardt Manufacturing, providing expertise in employee benefits, and communicating complex financial and non-financial information to stakeholders. Armed with his diverse skillset, Lucas transitioned into commercial real estate and joined the MetCap Commercial team with the mission of exceeding client expectations and delivering results.
BROKER
Burns studied real estate at the University of Georgia and has interned for multiple commercial real estate ventures throughout his undergraduate career. He has a growing knowledge of the market, and is proficient in property valuation and excel modeling. Burns grew up in a real estate family based out of Charlotte and is excited to bring his knowledge and passion for real estate to the MetCap Commercial team. With his strong understanding of local and surrounding markets, he aims to provide clients with exceptional service and results.
ANALYST
With a strong foundation in Finance and Real Estate—earned through a double major at the University of South Carolina—Clay is committed to delivering informed, effective solutions for his clients. He began his real estate career by interning with top-performing residential and commercial real estate firms learning the duties of property management, brokerage, and investment sales. Prior to joining MetCap Commercial, Clay honed his skills at Oracle in Austin, Texas, where he consulted clients on strategic software initiatives, developed expertise in building client relationships, and demonstrated leadership in high-stakes environments.
MARKETING COORDINATOR
As MetCap Commercial’s marketing coordinator, Emma spearheads all of the firm’s marketing strategies and initiatives from initial conception to execution. She brings a wealth of public relations and marketing experience to the team, making her well-equipped to navigate the dynamic landscape of commercial real estate. With her keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling, Emma effectively communicates MetCap's value proposition in the market—keeping the firm at the forefront of the commercial real estate industry.

Julie brings more than 35 years of accounting experience to MetCap Commercial, where her demonstrated capacity for examining, analyzing, and interpreting property operations allows her to guide landlords in making educated financial decisions. Julie plays a pivotal role in upholding the exceptional service standards at MetCap Commercial, and her expertise across various domains adds a multifaceted dimension to the company’s overall success.

Stacey has a proven track record of direct responsibility for diverse portfolios encompassing both commercial and residential property projects. In her role as VP of Property Management, Stacey’s invaluable expertise and 20-plus years of industry experience enable her to optimize and elevate property operations on behalf of both small and large landlords.

With over 40 years of accounting experience and more than 20 years specializing in commercial real estate, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise to the MetCap team. Known for precise financial analytics and a strong, dedicated work ethic, she consistently goes above and beyond for clients and the company. Leslie is a goal-oriented professional, and excels in cultivating new relationships while delivering exceptional results.
CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER & BROKER
Kori is a Certified Property Manager licensed in both North and South Carolina. With expertise in property management and tenant representation, Kori effectively manages assets for landlords and helps businesses thrive by securing the right real estate. A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Kori excels in lease-up projects, small-shop leasing, outparcel transactions, and site selection.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
With over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Shelby brings a wealth of expertise to her role in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Her proficiency in various purchasing and accounting functions, developed over the years, contributes to efficient client service. Shelby holds an associate degree in accounting.
