You will identify and secure lucrative commercial real estate opportunities, foster robust client relationships, and negotiate deals that align with our strategic goals. Real estate license
2+ years of commercial brokerage experience
Proven track record for successful transactions
Strong negotiation and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Facilitate the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties by analyzing market trends, preparing detailed property valuations, and presenting clients with well-researched opportunities.
Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, professional networking, and responsive communication to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential deals, leveraging data analytics to forecast market trends, and staying updated on economic factors affecting commercial real estate.
Assist clients with property analysis, including detailed financial modeling and valuation, ensuring they have accurate and actionable insights to make informed investment decisions.
Negotiate and structure deals to meet client needs, effectively communicating terms and conditions, and working to secure the most favorable terms for all parties involved.
Prepare and present professional marketing materials and property listings, utilizing various marketing channels and strategies to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Manage the entire transaction process from inception to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and all timelines met.
Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate transactions, collaborating with legal professionals to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with other brokers and real estate professionals to expand the company's network, share market insights, and work collectively to achieve business goals.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends, innovations, and best practices, and bring back valuable knowledge to the team.
Provide ongoing support to clients, including post-transaction follow-up, property management advice, and assistance with future real estate needs.

Real estate license
3-5 years of property management experience
Strong understanding of property management best practices, leasing, and tenant relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Yardi experience a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Property Maintenance: Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet safety and quality standards through regular inspections and maintenance oversight.
Tenant Management: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, and build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Rent Collections: Oversee timely collection of rent and other payments, addressing any delinquencies in a professional manner.
Budget Management for Properties: Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
Lease Entry & Abstracts: Accurately enter lease agreements into the property management system and prepare lease abstracts for review.
