CHARLIE KOENKE
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES
Charlie Koenke holds a North Carolina real estate broker’s license and a South Carolina sales license, bringing more than three decades of hands-on experience across multiple mechanical industries. He spent 15 years owning and operating a residential and light commercial HVAC company, serving both homeowners and business clients. He brings that same hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to his work at MetCap Commercial.
Prior to entering the HVAC field, Charlie worked for 15 years in the diesel and trucking industry, where he developed extensive technical, mechanical, and diagnostic expertise.
In addition to his industry background, Charlie actively supports the property management team and plays a key role in development projects, including the recently completed Dunkin’ Donuts in Newton, North Carolina.
