Based in Wilmington, NC, Bryce Davis is an experienced commercial real estate broker serving clients throughout the Carolinas. He specializes in retail and residential development, off-market site selection, and retail leasing. Bryce works closely with developers, investors, and business owners to identify strategic opportunities that support long-term growth and value.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Business Management, Bryce is known for his open communication style and driven, results-focused approach to every deal. Having grown up in a real estate family, he brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry and knows how to drive value for his clients from dirt to disposition.
Outside of work, Bryce serves as the sound director at his church and is an avid golfer and duck hunter.
